!? Mama Quattrini, San Damiano, 'Blessed Grapes' (1961-1970)
The seer name 'Mama' Rosa Quanttrini-Buzzini claimed to see Our Lady and that the Mother of God gave her a 'receipe' for blessed grapes, and that if we used this recipe to make a store of blessed grapes, they would see us through the time of the chastisements and the Antichrist.
Please note - the apparitions of Mama Quattrini were not approved by
the Church, c. 1970 she was ordered not to spread her messages, and, they have received a completely negative decision and are declared not supernatural - they have been condemned twice, in 1980 and also 2005. (Official condemnation notice, click here.)
So, it is possible the demons could be distracting us, and tricking us to prep for the chastisements in silly and time-wasting ways to keep us from doing something more practical with regards to getting ready to suvive the horrific aftermath of the Three Days, etc.
A sign of this is fake: some people who have stored these blessed grapes for some time have noticed they are disintegrating: they are turning slimy into a 'sludge', meaning they actually don't preserve well - if they are supposed to be a 'miracle remedy' from Heaven, they shouldn't be falling apart if they are meant to last until the days of the Antichrist.
There are a few other red
flags here too:
We need one of those
'blessed grapes' from San Damiano and rubbing it on the other grapes to 'transfer the
blessing' --- sounds more like a superstitious occult practise where witches and those practise similar Wicca rites transfer 'powers' or 'energies' from one object to another, etc.
I've never heard of a blessing being "transferred" simply by rubbing
another object against it - a priest or a person pronouncing a blessing
has to pronounce the blessing over the object for it to be blessed. (Note: this is not the same as touching an object to a relic in order to have a third class relic. That is completely different, and note the relic class changes - the transfer is not equal -- if you touch your rosary to a FIRST class relic, the rosay becomes a THIRD Class relic, not another First. The class cannot be transferred in its entirety.) This "vision" is trying to get people to treat these grapes like saints relics, which they are not. A 'blessing' annot be transferred like this.
And, why have this ridiculous
'rubbing' of the grapes nonsense anyway? Because the so called blessings must come 'only' from the grapes of one place. Sounds like a 'cult of exculsivity' forming, which the sign of a fake mystic. Also, how can people prepare if it's such a fiddly and detailed process to go through? Why would Heaven not simply direct that any priest from anywhere be able to bless a
whole bunch of grapes at once with a special prayer revealed for it? With true mystics Heaven does not
make it too difficult to prepare for the chastisements, but the
directions for this are absolutely silly.
For instance: Heaven doesn't
seem to know what brandy is. According to some sites, the original instructions from years
ago say 'non-fruit' / 'non-berry' brandy must be used to store the grapes – but brandy is
made from fruit, basically from grapes, which are bontanically berries! So, possibly, to get a 'non-fruit' brandy means to
get a 'fake-brandy' made from industrial spirits, but even the raw
materials for the 'fake brandy' without the natural aroma still come
from wine, which is a fruit / berry product. So, how do we actually get a
'non-fruit' 'non-berry' brandy? The term specifically used in the directions
was BRANDY and no other alcohol, which is made from fruit. So,
Heaven has asked for an impossibility? Only the devil would try and
have us accomplish an impossibility. Also, can you image Heaven
proscribing something industrial produced and 'fake' over the real
natural fruit item for a herbal remedy?
Apparently, this instruction on
'non fruit or non berry' brandy has 'mysteriously' disappeared from other instructions, because this would automatically
point them out as a fake!
Then we have some
equally ridiculous versions of the directions floating around on the
internet.
The grapes have to
be washed with liquid soap to purify them for the task, and, there
must be a specific prayer said over the liquid soap so the grapes may be
washed from “spiritual and physical impurities”! I'm laughing
here:
"Eternal Father,
we invoke your spiritual assistance, that with this liquid soap, we
will be able to wash these grapes from spiritual and physical
impurities; that these sustaining grapes, which we will use in the
latter times, will be cleansed from evil influences, evil
surroundings, or evil impurities. As we wash the grapes, please make
it possible that all your graces will be able to penetrate these
grapes.”
It is after they are
washed they are then to be blessed with holy water. But, look at the
wording of the prayer – it is saying the holy water won't work and
that God's grace cannot penetrate the 'evil' hiding in the grapes
unless the blessing and washing of the liquid soap happens first.
(Note this is NOT an official blessing approved by the Church!) Honestly, people don't know their sacramentals. It is the blessing
of the PRIEST with HOLY WATER that protects from or gets rid of evil. Seriously! I don't know whether
to laugh or cry over this.
Then the directions
say the fresh grapes intended for storage must be washed with a
specific kind of soap. 'Ivory'. And, the brandy to be used must be
'Christian Brothers' or 'B and W' brandy, (or did they mean B and
B?). Seriously. Since when did Heaven place a requirement on name
brands? Christian Brothers is a grape fruit brandy including their
'honey' brandy, and I thought we weren't supposed to use a fruit / berry
brandy? So is the other brandy as brandy is made from fruit! Also,
why worry about liquid soap when the brandy would literally kill and
pickle anything? Sounds like the devil was in this 'grape thing' from
the beginning. He tends to mimic blessed sacramentals, but in a
ridiculous or occult like fashion to bring true sacramentals of the
Church under ridicule and discredit.
Then, I found on an Italian site spreading the
'blessed grapes' nonsense that there will be those who will not
survive with these 'sustaining grapes': Quote:“There will be people
for whom Jesus has other designs, who will not be able to sustain
themselves with these grapes.” Seriously? So we have to go
through all this prep work and trouble with the grapes, rubbing them, conserving, them, topping up the brandy on occasion for as long as they are stored, and, then you discover you or your family members
might not be meant to survive even if you eat them?
You'll just go hungry. Wow, sounds like Satan covering his tracks
when people notice these grapes don't work. "Oh, I'm meant to die..." Please give me a break.
Don't expect these grapes to see you through. Please do some propper prepping with regards to sacramentals and food goods for the chastisements.

Other warning
signs something is not right with this apparition:
Mary
prays to herself?
In
the first vision, Our Lady appeared to Mama Quattrini disguised as a
peasant girl, and the both pray the prayers of the Angelus together.
(Source: San Damiano (S di Maria, Marian Centre, Hungerford,
Switzerland, 1983)
This is a sign something is wrong. Our Lady does
not pray to herself in authentic apparitions. She skips the prayers
that are addressed to her if she prays with a visionary.

HERESY: that Our Lord's main role in salvation is to promote His mother
According to a post by 'Mystic Post':
"The main message of Mother Mary as “Our Lady of Roses” states: "Jesus’ role in salvation is nothing more than promoting devotion to his
mother, who ordered the seer, Mama Rosa, to announce her Second Coming
so that she could triumph throughout the whole world.”
This is a serious error as Jesus' mission in salvation history is to SAVE US from original sin, reconcile the human race to God, and open the gates to Heaven. Yes, of course, Our Lord wishes to devotion to His mother and her intercession is powerful before God and has saved many, but notice the wording - that Christs' ultimate goal of saving us was to lead us to His mother?
According to true teaching, it is Our Lady who ultimately leads us to her Son. The end and be all of Christ's sacrifice on the Cross is not to lead us to His mother over God Himself. Even she declares herself the handmaid of the Lord, eventhough she is Queen of Heaven and Earth, but her authority does not extend over God. And, the 'message' of Mama Rosa Quanttrini suggest Chirst's mission was to place His mother over even God the Father Himself.
Also, a new event never predicted in the Bible or by true saints and mystics is here annonced, or so it seems, aka the 'Second Coming of Our Lady' - as if she is going to come onto the earth to reign. Yes, there will be the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart to look forward to, and if this is being refered to here, then this is the Age of Peace. However, a 'Second Coming' implies she is coming literally, that she is literally going to come physically to earth from Heaven to reign on earth during the Age of Peace. And, this would mean she would come before the end of Time. That is heresy.
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Doctrinal Error - Mary says she is coming to save 'EVERYONE'.
'Message' of May 25, 1970:
“I am insulted in this place, I am so despised, slandered! This causes me immense sadness, because humanity does not see that I am coming to save everyone."
Error: Our Lady cannot save us outright - Our Lord saves us, and even then, only when we correspond with the graces of redemption that come through His Passion and death. Even the Age of Peace cannot come without God's intervention according to the authentic mystics. True, Our Lady will be instrumental in deciding the time of the Renewal, it will be the Triumph of Her Immaculate Heart of course, she will HELP save many through the Rosary and Brown Scapular, and she will be bringing great graces through her intercession, but ultimately it is up to the power and Will of God for the renewal to happen. Our Lady does not have divine power in and by herself - all her authority and grace comes from God.
Also, NOT 'EVERYONE' can or will be saved. Souls are still going to be lost right up until the end of time. Our Lord also said to the real mystic Marie-Julie Jahenny when the chastisements hit many souls will be LOST - so Our Lady cannot save literally 'everyone' by her allegid coming at San Damiano, which occured some time ago. Not 'everyone' has been saved since then. Also, not even Our Lord will save literally 'everyone', He will not go against a sinner's free will if they freely reject Him. He will respect the free will of everyone, even those who refuse His graces to the point of damnation.
Mama Quattrini then tries to cover her error in another visions by having Our Lord say He 'wants' to save everyone, but they won't correpsond. However, the error was already out there by 'Our Lady' saying literally 'I AM coming to save everyone' when she can't save 'everyone'. Fake mystics try to cover their errors with the truth afterward the fact so people think they are 'explaining what they meant', but still this does not cancel out the early errors they make. True visions never make an error to begin with. If they make an error, all the good they try and say afterwards cannot take away from the fact they've made an error, proving something is 'off'.

Strange
Titles not befitting the Mother of God
In the early texts, the
Mother of God is called or gives herself strange, undignified
familiar terms, and simply non-Catholic titles, such as “Queen of
the Dead,” “Mama of the Universe,” and “Spouse of the Eternal
Father”.
If
God is the God of the living and not the dead as the Bible says, how
can the Mother of God be 'Queen of the Dead'? 'Mama of the
Universe' is undignified and way too familiar a title that clashes
with her title as Queen of Heaven and Earth. 'Spouse of the
Eternal Father' is theologically wrong as she is recognised by the Church as
Daughter of the Father, Mother of the Son, and Spouse of the Holy
Spirit.
It's difficult to find the early texts that state this now--as soon as errors are found people who support false images tend to get 'rid' of the evidence that their beloved vision is fake.

Contradictory
message regarding the 'miraculous well'
Our
Lady supposedly gave the following message regarding the 'miraculous
well' on the Quattrini property:
“Everyone
will receive grace, strength, and some will even recover their
physical health by using this Miraculous Water, because
there will be no other water like it!"
(Oct.
21, 1966)
There is also a message that it is the 'holiest' well in the world!
If
there is 'no other water like it', and is the 'holiest' then why does this sound like the
miraculous spring at Lourdes? And several other miraculous springs? If there is no 'other water like' the San Damiano well, and it is the 'holiest', how can the Lourdes spring work the same miracles through faith? Not to mention how can Mama Quatrini's well be 'greater' than the promised holy well of the Sanctuary of the Cross of Brittany, which has been foretold by a prophecy and will be in the next blessed land after Calvary according to Marie-Julie Jahenny? So, this message from Mama Quatrini is false and obviously attempting to take attention away from the true holy wells granted by heaven.
We see the vision claims the San Damiano well has one extra 'power', it can give
'grace', can make saints and that by 'washing in it' will purify you,
but not just your body, also your soul:
"My children, drink this water! It
will purify your soul and
body. Drink it often! " (Dec. 12, 1966)
The message is saying we must 'drink it often' - therefore implying the
material water itself needs to be taken regularly and then our souls will be
'purified'. This
is false. Even blessed water itself alone without the proper form and intention at Baptism cannot give God's sanctifying
grace, and, only living in conformity with God's grace and dying in
sanctifying grace will make someone a saint.
Frankly,
this vision is saying you can have something like baptism again and
have your soul purified again simply by washing in the well or
drinking the water. Sorry, but no. We believe in one Baptism as it
says in the Creed. There is a difference between 'healing of soul'
at a real holy well and 'purifying the soul'. It is by going to
Confession we purify ourselves and come back into God's sanctifying
grace if we fall into grave sin, just drinking or washing in that
well water cannot do that.
If the well truly was holy, we 'could' get a spiritual healing of soul
that would help us convert and make a good confession, but the material water alone
cannot purify the soul.
Also,
note it is possible for someone to fall into mortal sin again after
coming to the well and later and possibly damn their soul if they do not repeant again, so this is all
nonsense. The vision is giving more power to this well than a real
holy well or spring chosen by the Mother of God would have.
We see the fakery of this ''well water' comes out when St. Michael is supposed to have given this instruction: "I announce that everyone
must prepare big plastic barrels, to come and take much water, and prepare
little basins. When the terrible moment of discouragement comes-because they
have not listened to my words-there will be so many ugly things-put this water
in little basins, and put your face in it and you will be safe!'
First, the detail of what kind of barrels to use sound too fake. Heaven usually just asks us to take the water from somewhere, true visions don't specfiy the type of container needed. And Second, we're to literally dunk our faces in a bowl of this 'water' when the troubles come to keep us 'safe'? What nonsense. Satan likes to have us do truly ridiculous or supersititous things that mock true sacramentals and the true holy remedies given to us.
Again, this sounds like a fake vision attempting to direct attention away from Marie-Julie Jahenny's remedies - Marie-Julie was told when we feel fear or anxiety because of the troubles that are coming, we are to place an image of Immaculate Mary or the Miraculous Medal on our forehead, blessed sacramentals of course, and we will receive the grace of interior calm - which sounds a lot more reasonable than placing our face smack down into a dish of fake holy water.
:::::::::::
The
'Blessed Handkerchiefs' that are greater than the power of the
Rosary, or the Miraculous Medal? - ERROR
Our
Lady supposedly tells Mama Quattrini to tell people to bring white
handkerchiefs and that she will bless them and that they will give
the grace of the 'Light of Heaven':
"You
will give these 'fazzoletto' (handkerchiefs) to many sick people and
they will wipe their tears. These squares of white cloth will receive
a great gift from me: those who wipe their eyes will have the light
of heaven, will understand that Jesus is calling them and will know
that they have to prepare for penance and ask forgiveness to arrive
at Heaven happy and contented. This is the great gift I am making to
you ... Tell everyone!” (Nov. 11, 1968)
First
of all, the Mother of God cannot bless a sacramental, only a priest
can. She can give a maternal blessing, but she cannot give a
sacramental a blessing like a priest.
Second,
this handkerchief idea is an obvious borrowing from the book of Acts
(19, 11-12) where it states the people brought back handkerchiefs
that were touched to St. Paul were cured. He did not cure people,
the power of Christ through him did. So the "greatest gift" the Queen
of the Universe can give to her children is no greater than that already afforded by God to
St. Paul?
Also,
Our Lady cannot cure people through the handkerchiefs, but she makes
it obvious in the vision this power comes from her directly, not God,
so something is wrong.
Then,
the visions claim the handkerchiefs gives the gift of Faith simply by
passing it over ones eyes. Seriously? That sounds rather occultist,
and, is putting forward the idea that a person is not required to
make an effort to correspond with God's grace themselves – simply
wipe your eyes, and Bingo! You'll have Faith. That is crazy.
Also,
how could a handkerchief be the 'greatest gifts she could give' when
she promised in an authentic vision to St. Domnic the Rosary will destroy vice, decrease sin and defeat
heresies, and is one of the most indulgenced devotions approved by
the Church? And, the Rosary is a sacramental that terrifies demons.
I doubt these bits of cloth can do that.
Remember
the prayer of the Rosary is second to the Mass itself.
As Our Lady herself said: "I
promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those
who shall recite the Rosary." Also
she promised: “Those
who are faithful to recite the Rosary shall have during their life
and at their death the Light
of God and the plenitude of His Graces; at the moment of death they
shall participate in the Merits of the Saints in Paradise.”
So, how can
these handkerchiefs be a greater gift or give a greater gift than the 'greatest graces' promised through the Rosary? Not to mention
the Brown Scapular which is approved and gives the promise of salvation? Or, how the hankies be greater than the Miraculous Medal, that also give the gift of great
graces, which we know also includes great conversions? We also have
the Green Scapular that promises the grace of conversion too.
Sounds like the 'light of heaven' of these fake hankies are trying to outshine the 'Light of God' promised through the Rosary and other approved sacramentals.
When
a vision attempts to invent a new (and ludicrous) sacramental that
surpasses the Rosary, and other sacramentals approved by the Church that already
impart the same graces, if not more so, then you know something is wrong.
Another indication something is 'off' - she claims the hankies will lose their 'blessing' if they are ironed - which is ludicrous.
