!? Denise Estrada and the 'Deuterous Medal' (c. 1992)
STATUS: contradicts the Bible / Church teaching on the Second Coming, obvious fake seer.
I could find very little information about this so-called seer except the following:
Denise Morgan Estrada is from Sacramento, California, and that she claims to have 'locutions' from Jesus, I.e claims to hear His voice. Apparently, she has not had any visions from what information I can find.
She claims Jesus will soon 'walk on the earth' when this is not true - the Scriptures teach He will come from the clouds of Heaven during the Second coming. He will not appear directly on the earth itself.
She claims to have been given a new medal of protection for the coming chastisements called the 'Deuterous medal" meaning the 'Second Medal' - (if that doesn't sound fake, I don't know what does.)
She claims the medal will protect the faithful and help them "discern
the antichrist", but St.
John the Evangelist and his disciple St. Polycarp have already taught the one
true way the believers will be able to identify the Antichrist (or his
precursors) -- when they preach against Christ's humanity, or His
Divinity. Basically, when a form of the Arian heresy is promoted. So, we
already know how to identify the Antichrist. He will be the one
appearing on earth will attempt to get rid of or warp the doctrines
concerning Christ's human and Divine nature. We do not need this
'medal'!
However, the craziest claim she makes is it will help the faithful identify Jesus when He returns. Why do we need help 'identifying Him'? No doubt because of her claims Jesus will be
'walking on the earth' when He returns again, so obviously we need 'help' to identify Him.
This is nonsense. Christ said He would come in great glory from the clouds of Heaven with the angels when the Second Coming happens, so we
need this medal as if we won't be able to see Him from the clouds?
And, we will all know and recognise Jesus when He returns in glory with His angels: the dead will resurrect, and everyone will know Who He is and acknowledge Him the King of kings and Lord of lords, the Son of God - the saved and the damned alike will recognise Him. So, please don't fall
for this fake medal.
Considering the other promises attached to the fake medal regarding 'protection during the chastisements', regarding 'pestilence, lightning, rare diseases and storms', it sounds like she was trying to steal an idea from the authentic mystic Marie-Julie Jahenny, aka the Purple Scapular of Protection and Benediction. My advice is drop the medal and get the Purple Scapular.
She also steals another one of Marie-Julie Jahenny's authentic remedies to sound legitimate, a lot of fake seers do that.
A telling sign this was set up to be a money-making racket from the beginning is a defunct listing for a "Deuterous Medal Association", non-profit organisation, in Colorado and also Idaho. This listing as a non-profit was listed as 'voluntarily dissolved' as of 2011, and also the listing as 'deactivated'. Furthermore, her own website (www.ahealingheart.net) seems to have dropped off the web, and since it's hard to get info about her, it looks like people caught on to her and her following dropped, hence the possible reason for the dissolution of the non-profit organisation. Sadly, some places are selling the medals still. Again, don't fall for them.
